Buying a house or looking at homes is NOTHING like an episode of House Hunters on HGTV. I am so frustrated and annoyed with people trying to hose us left and right and dealing with short sales and disgusting bathrooms and sketchy neighborhoods and everything. We have a decent budget anywhere else in the world but apparently we can only afford the slums of OC. If this deal falls through I’m taking the next few weeks off to clear my head and regroup. The stress is making me breakout and wake up in the middle of the night wondering what the days interest rates are and if ikea delivers. So over it!!!!!!
