Still playing the real estate game. Made an offer on a small but new condo about 4 miles from the ocean. I guess that’s the consolation prize for the non existent backyard. We figure this can become in income property in about 5 years and then maybe we can get our larger mid century fixer upper. Were onto our counter offer so we will just cross our fingers and see!
